1. 개인정보의 수집 항목 및 수집 방법

Lexidotori(이하 "앱")은 서비스 제공을 위해 아래의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

  • 필수 수집 항목: Apple ID 이메일(Sign in with Apple 사용 시), 기기 식별자(익명)
  • 자동 수집 항목: 앱 사용 통계(Firebase Analytics), 크래시 로그(Firebase Crashlytics), 기기 모델 및 OS 버전
  • 사용자 생성 데이터: 촬영 이미지(OCR 처리 후 텍스트만 저장, 원본 이미지 서버 미전송), 단어장 데이터, 학습 기록
  • AI 음성 대화 데이터: AI 음성 대화(Voice Chat) 이용 시 마이크로 입력된 음성 및 대화 내용 (대화 응답 생성을 위해 Google Gemini / Firebase AI Logic로 전송·처리)

수집 방법: 회원가입(Sign in with Apple), 앱 사용 과정에서 자동 수집, 사용자 직접 입력

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

  • 회원 인증 및 계정 관리
  • 단어장, 학습 기록의 클라우드 동기화 (Firestore)
  • 앱 안정성 개선 및 오류 수정 (Crashlytics)
  • 서비스 이용 통계 분석 및 개선 (Analytics)
  • 구독 및 인앱 구매 관리 (StoreKit 2)
  • AI 음성 대화(Voice Chat) 제공 — 음성 인식 및 생성형 AI 응답 (Google Gemini / Firebase AI Logic)

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 즉시 삭제합니다. 단, 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

  • 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
  • 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)

다만, 서비스 개선·오류 진단을 위해 수집되는 가명(비식별) 데이터(Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics)는 특정 개인을 식별하지 않는 형태로 처리되며, Google의 데이터 보존 정책 및 집계·분석 목적에 따라 계정 삭제 여부와 무관하게 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다. 회사가 분석 데이터를 Google BigQuery로 내보내어 서비스 개선을 위해 장기 보관하는 경우에도 해당 데이터는 가명화된 형태로만 처리됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

앱은 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우 예외로 합니다.

  • 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
  • 법령에 의거하여 요청이 있는 경우

5-1. 개인정보의 국외 이전

앱은 서비스 제공을 위해 Google LLC(미국) 및 Apple Inc.(미국)에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 미국 소재 서버로 이전·저장될 수 있습니다. 이전되는 항목·목적·보유기간은 위 처리 위탁 표와 같습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

  • 개인정보 열람, 수정, 삭제 요청
  • 계정 삭제 요청 (앱 내 설정 > 계정 삭제)
  • 마케팅 수신 거부

권리 행사는 앱 내 설정 또는 아래 연락처를 통해 가능합니다.

7. 카메라 · 마이크 권한

앱은 OCR(광학 문자 인식)을 위해 카메라 접근 권한을, AI 음성 대화(Voice Chat)를 위해 마이크 및 음성 인식 권한을 요청합니다. 촬영된 이미지는 기기 내에서만 처리되며 서버로 전송되지 않고, OCR 처리 후 추출된 텍스트만 저장됩니다. AI 음성 대화 시 입력된 음성 및 대화 내용은 대화 응답 생성을 위해 Google Gemini(Firebase AI Logic)로 전송·처리됩니다.

8. 데이터 보안

  • Firebase Authentication을 통한 안전한 인증
  • Firestore Security Rules를 통한 사용자별 데이터 격리
  • HTTPS를 통한 모든 네트워크 통신 암호화
  • Apple App Transport Security(ATS) 준수

10. 개인정보처리방침 변경

본 방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 변경 사항이 있을 경우 앱 내 공지를 통해 사전 안내합니다.

1. Information We Collect

Lexidotori ("the App") collects the following information to provide its services:

  • Account Information: Apple ID email (when using Sign in with Apple), anonymous device identifier
  • Automatically Collected: App usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics), device model and OS version
  • User-Created Data: Captured images (processed locally for OCR, only extracted text is stored — original images are never sent to servers), vocabulary data, study records
  • AI Voice Chat Data: When using AI Voice Chat, microphone audio and conversation content (sent to and processed by Google Gemini / Firebase AI Logic to generate responses)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • User authentication and account management
  • Cloud synchronization of vocabulary and study records (Firestore)
  • App stability improvement and bug fixes (Crashlytics)
  • Service usage analytics and improvement (Analytics)
  • Subscription and in-app purchase management (StoreKit 2)
  • Providing AI Voice Chat — speech recognition and generative AI responses (Google Gemini / Firebase AI Logic)

3. Data Retention

Personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. Data required by applicable law will be retained for the legally mandated period.

However, pseudonymized (non-identifying) data collected for service improvement and diagnostics (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) is processed in a form that does not identify individual users and may be retained for a period regardless of account deletion, in accordance with Google's data retention policies and for aggregate analysis purposes — including where such data is exported to Google BigQuery for longer-term storage in pseudonymized form.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

5-1. International Data Transfer

To provide the service, the App entrusts data processing to Google LLC (USA) and Apple Inc. (USA), and personal data may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States. The items, purposes, and retention periods are as described in the Service Providers table above.

6. Your Rights

  • Access, modify, or delete your personal information
  • Delete your account (Settings > Delete Account in the app)
  • Opt out of marketing communications

7. Camera and Microphone Permissions

The App requests camera access for OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and microphone and speech recognition access for AI Voice Chat. Images are processed on-device only and are never transmitted to external servers; only extracted text is stored. During AI Voice Chat, your microphone audio and conversation content are sent to and processed by Google Gemini (Firebase AI Logic) to generate responses.
